This is the official home page for the Postal History Commission within FIP (Fédération Internationale de Philatélie). The Commission defines the rules, regulations and guidelines for judging Postal History exhibits at international FIP stamp exhibitions.

The purpose of this these Pages is to:

• communicate the work and the organization of the commission to existing and potential postal history exhibitors
• present seminars on the application of the postal history regulations and guidelines in postal history judging and exhibiting
• encourage the study of postal history and it’s connection to the wider historical world
• provide resources for postal history exhibitors to enhance their hobby
